Burger King had a problem: the guests were leaving. A lot of them. And no amount of marketing spin was going to fix it. So we stopped marketing, started listening, and took action. We gave out the President of BK’s phone number to the public (yeah, seriously) and had him talk to people about what they want to see fixed. Then we got to work: better food, smarter ideas, real investment where it mattered. We even fired the King, so we could crown you.
